About Cambridge Crossing
The 45-acre, 4.5-million-square-foot transit-oriented mixed-use development located in the heart of Greater Boston at the intersection of Cambridge, Somerville and Boston steps from life science and technology hotbed Kendall Square. Upon completion, Cambridge Crossing will feature 2.1 million square feet of state-of-the-art science and technology-geared office space, 2.4 million square feet of residential space with 2,400 residential units and 100,000 square feet of retail, presenting a strong headquarters and campus opportunity.
Cambridge Crossing is sustainability-focused, with a LEED Platinum minimum sustainability certification. The development will feature over 11 acres of urban green space and will feature footpaths and protected bike lanes. Cambridge Crossing is located a short drive from Interstates 90, 93 and 95 and Logan Airport.
