About Jackson Square Site III Phase 3

25 Amory Street and 250 Center Street, Jackson Square, Jamaica Plain, Boston, MA 02130

156 residential units, 2,400 square feet of retail and 102 parking spaces approved for construction in Jackson Square across two new buildings.

Building M, located at 25 Amory Street, will feature 44 affordable residential apartments rented to households earning up to 60% of Area Median Income (AMI) with 22 parking spaces, developed by Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation (JPNDC). 

Building N, located at 250 Centre Street, will feature 112 residential rental apartments, including 68 market-rate and 44 affordable. 12 affordable apartments will be rented to households earning up to 30% of AMI, and 32 affordable apartments will be rented to households earning up to 60% of AMI. 2,400 square feet of retail will be located on Building N's ground floor. 80 garage parking spaces will be located within Building N's ground-floor podium. Building N is developed by The Community Builders.
