About The Beverly

101 Beverly Street, Bulfinch Triangle, Boston, MA

14-story mixed-use building featuring 239 top-quality, mixed-income apartment residences, a 220-room Courtyard Marriott hotel and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The Beverly is Downtown Boston’s first 100% affordable and workforce housing development in over 25 years; residences are rented to households with incomes ranging from 30 to 165 percent of Area Median Income (AMI). Residences range from studios to three-bedrooms; 24 residences are three-bedrooms, bringing much-needed family-sized housing to Downtown Boston.

Residences at The Beverly feature sweeping views of Downtown Boston and Boston Harbor. Resident amenities include a 24-hour attended lobby, a fitness center, two lounge areas, a children’s playroom, and a dog spa. A 69-space parking garage is located on site, in addition to bike storage. The North Station transit center is located steps away. The Beverly is built to LEED Silver sustainability standards.
