Long abandoned, Lovejoy Wharf underwent a transformative development that has activated the space for years to come. Related Beal developed Lovejoy Wharf into a mixed-use development consisting of two buildings:

• 160 North Washington Street, the completed redevelopment of the historic Hoffman Building into 214,000 square feet of office space housing the headquarters of the Converse footwear company.

• 100 Lovejoy Wharf, a 157-residence, 15-story, 250,000 square foot luxury condominium building with ground-floor retail space.

100 Lovejoy Wharf condominiums opened to residents in Summer 2017. Residences range from studios to three-bedrooms. Resident amenities at 100 Lovejoy Wharf include a landscaped 12th floor rooftop terrace, a spacious wharfside health club, a fitness studio, a resident lounge, a waterfront event room, a distinctive fireside library lounge, a billiards room, a business center and a children’s room.

A number of residences at 100 Lovejoy Wharf feature private outdoor terraces; penthouse residences feature floor-to-ceiling views. Each residence is graced with state-of-the-art luxury finishes including wide-plank oak wood flooring, and distinctive amenities including 34-bottle wine coolers by Gaggenau and Kaldewei deep-soaking tubs. Kitchens feature custom-designed wood cabinetry with glass insets, handset stone-tile backsplashes and state-of-the-art appliances by Gaggenau and Bosch.
