Approved six-story residential development featuring 54 new modern luxury condominium residences including 1-bedrooms, 1-bedroom plus dens and 2-bedrooms ranging from approximately 700 to 1,300 square feet. Amenities at The Ceinture would include concierge service, a state-of-the-art gym, a club room, communal workspace, luxurious finishes throughout and a common roof deck with gas grills overlooking the Boston skyline. The Ceinture’s exterior would be comprised of several multifaceted materials, including bricks, glass fenestration, painted fiber cement trim & siding, and composite metal panels. The Ceinture name translates to belt in French as the project will sit where Colmar Belting Company (a division of Motion Industries) once stood.
