The New England Conservatory (NEC) Student Life and Performance Center (SLPC) is a 10-story, 135,000 square foot mixed-use building with educational, theatrical and residential space. The first three floors of the SLPC feature a library resource center, dining areas and three rehearsal and performance spaces. Floors four through ten include housing and common living amenities for approximately 252 students. The following are renderings of the SLPC:
