A separate triple-decker with 3 condominium residences has also been constructed on the same site. A total of 12 residences across both buildings are designated affordable.

3200 Washington Street features two new mixed-use buildings joined by a common lobby. Parking for 41 vehicles is available on site through garage and surface spaces, including 2 electric vehicle stations and 1 car-sharing space; bicycle parking will be offered as well. 3200 Washington Street will seek LEED Silver or higher energy-efficiency certification. The development replaces three abandoned one-to-two-story commercial buildings.
