About Velo JP (The Residences at Forest Hills)
3694 Washington Street, Jamaica Plain, Boston, MA
Mixed-use development project on a 2.2-acre parcel located across from the Forest Hills rapid transit station.
Velo JP is comprised of three wood-framed buildings containing approximately 250 residential rental apartments and 4,070 square feet of ground-floor retail. Apartments include studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms. 50 apartments will be designated affordable.
The project includes a lower level parking garage for 130 vehicle spaces. 10 additional surface parking spaces will be reserved for short-term visitors. 250 covered bicycle parking spaces will be provided for residents. Velo JP is targeting a minimum of LEED Silver sustainability certification.
