About The Circle
395 Chestnut Hill Avenue, Brighton, Boston, MA
218,520 square foot mixed-use development under construction at the former Circle Cinema site in Cleveland Circle. Both a five-story, 162-room AC Hotel by Marriott and a six-story, 92-unit Waterstone luxury adult apartment community will be located at The Circle. The project will include a total of approximately 14,000 square feet of retail space. A total of 188 parking spaces will be built on site, including 103 in underground parking garages underneath both buildings and 85 at-grade spaces.
The Circle is jointly developed by National Development and Boston Development Group. Parts of the project site are located in Boston and Brookline; approximately two acres are located in Boston, and approximately half an acre fronting Chestnut Hill Avenue is located in Brookline. The Circle Cinema site totals approximately 2.5 acres.
