Approved state-of-the-art self-storage facility totaling nearly 100,000 square feet. The Grossman Companies will renovate an existing 2-story, 44,384 square foot commercial building and construct a 3-story, 49,822 square foot addition. The new facility will feature an underground parking garage with two interior loading areas and 35 parking spaces. Four existing at-grade loading docks will be retained.
A modern facade will be installed across the building, and streetscape improvements including new plantings will be made.
The facility will be LEED efficiency certified and will include a white roof and other sustainable features to reduce heat island effects.
