Two approved buildings that will be constructed over two phases containing over 100 rental residential units and 3,050 square feet of ground-floor retail. Resident amenities will include a landscaped roof deck and a fitness center. A total of 212 parking spaces will be constructed on site; one parking space will be provided per residential unit, and the remaining spaces will be devoted to existing uses and to the project’s retail tenants.
Phase One included a four-story building at 79-83 Gardner Street that restored and integrated an existing Victorian house on site. Phase One contains 38 residential units; three units will be located in the Victorian house, which contains a lounge/lobby for the Phase One building. A below-grade parking garage has been constructed underneath the Phase One building containing 39 parking spaces. Phase One units include 1 one-bedroom, 35 two-bedrooms, and 2 three-bedrooms.
Phase Two will construct a five to six-story building at 45-55 Brighton Avenue containing 76 residential units and 3,050 square feet of ground-floor retail. Phase Two units will include 4 one-bedrooms and 72 two-bedrooms. A below-grade parking garage will be constructed containing 175 spaces.
