The 350,000-square-foot tower project by Boston University to be built at 645-665 Commonwealth Ave. The project will be the new home to BU Data Science Center.  The building will feature a five-story podium and 19-story tower along with open space and pedestrian amenities.  

BU broke ground on the project in December 2019 and construction is expected to take between 27 to 30 months.

Currently, the location, at the corner of Commonwealth Avenue and Granby Street is used as a parking lot.
