About 75 Dudley Street
The approved 75 Dudley Street Homeownership project is a 20-unit, four-story affordable condominium development with ground-floor commercial space and a bike storage room that sits at the highly visible corner of Dudley and Gill Row. The approved Project will not contain designated parking on site. Units will be a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging between 640 and 1085 square feet.
The project site would combine the city-owned lot at 75-81 Dudley street with two small parcels of adjacent land owned by MPDC affiliates.
In Nov. 2023 updated plans were filed that reduced the unit count to 15 total residences.
