The first building, 67 Walnut Park, will contain 32 units ranging from one to three bedrooms with 22 rear parking spaces. The second building, 80 Walnut Park, will contain 17 units ranging from two to three bedrooms with 12 rear parking spaces.
41 apartments at Walker Park will be rented to households earning no more than 60% of Area Median Income (AMI) (40,000 to $72,000 annually). Eight apartments will be rented to households earning no more than 30% of AMI (under $36,000 annually), including five apartments reserved for homeless individuals and families. Walker Park replaces a blighted building and two vacant lots with much needed-affordable housing.
