1M SF Expansion Planned for Chantilly Office Park
COPT Defense Properties has filed project documents for a proposed expansion of its existing secure office campus within the Westfields Corporate Park. The 64-acre secure campus serves a Federal user who desires to expand its footprint on the property. Two new proposed office buildings would be 120 feet in height and together will contain over 1M SF. A new 7-level parking garage is also proposed in the western portion of the property.
