200+ Unit Senior Living Project Approved in Silver Spring
A sketch plan, site plan, and forest conservation plan have been approved for the redevelopment of the existing Seabury at Springvale Terrace. The existing building, constructed in the 1960s, currently provides 146 affordable, assisted Living and independent living units. The new project would include 237 homes for seniors.
