AQUA Breaks Ground at Westshore Yacht Club
Construction Begins on the Final New Residential Address in Tampa Bay’s Premier Yacht Club Community
Construction is underway for AQUA, one of Tampa Bay's most anticipated condo towers rising in the waterfront enclave of the Westshore Yacht Club. The luxury tower will feature 77 waterfront residences, each with expansive terraces, designer-curated finishes, chef-inspired kitchens, and direct elevator access to private foyers for privacy and security.
The groundbreaking ceremony on May 9th celebrates this important milestone and will include Tampa Mayor Jane Castor, local officials, and residents of the Westshore Yacht Club community. AQUA’s groundbreaking signifies Westshore Yacht Club’s last development phase for new construction.
