3 Developers Submit Bids for Worcester DPW Property
Three developers have submitted bids to acquire the Department of Public Works & Parks Central Garage Properties along Albany Street in Worcester. The City released an RFP for the acquisition and redevelopment of the 4+ acre site earlier this year. The bids come from Criterion Group who bid $6M, Wood Partners at $4M, and local developer, GoVenture Capital Group at $1.9M. The city is currently reviewing the proposals.
