$41M Permit Pulled to Begin Renovations at International Place
A permit valued at $41,500,000 has been pulled to begin work on the renovations to International Place. This permit includes demolition and renovation of an existing building's main lobby, amenity space on the 3rd floor along with exterior facade and hardscaping improvements. In January, The Chiofaro Compay announced the $100 million transformation of the 1.8M SF iconic office complex. The project will include approximately 100,000 SF of renovated space focused on hospitality-driven services, workplace wellness, and creating an environment built to help businesses thrive and build strong teams through meaningful connections.
