5-Story Mixed-Use Project Under Review in Melrose
Plans are under review for the redevelopment of 521-529 Franklin Street in Melrose. Plans call for alteration to the Corinthian Hall building and the construction of an attached 5-story residential building behind the existing building. The new project would include 34 residential units. The existing restaurant and salon on the site are expected to remain in place.
