6-Story Mixed-Use Project Planned to Replace Worcester Car Dealership
The owners of Olsi Auto Sales have filed plans to redevelop 487 Park Avenue in Worcester. The project consists of razing the existing used car dealership and constructing a new 6-story mixed-use building. The ground floor proposes a café space and a specialized electric vehicle inspection and repair space. Floors 2 through 6 will contain 40 two-bedroom apartments. Building amenities will include designated electric vehicle parking with charging stations, a gym, and rooftop garden and recreational areas.
