Another Downtown Office to Residential Conversion is on the Board
Plans are under review for the conversion of 3 adjoining office buildings to rental apartments following the Downtown Residential Conversion Incentive Pilot Program. The buildings, 85 Devonshire Street, 258 & 262 Washington, will be converted to 95 apartments with roughly 16,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor and mezzanine to remain. No existing parking is provided on-site, and 8 bicycle parking spaces for residents will be provided in the basement of 85 Devonshire.
