Foundation construction underway at Douglass Park Expansion development in South End
Concrete pouring is now underway to construct the structural foundations of a new 5-story building which will expand the existing Douglass Park mixed-use development by 44 apartment residences. The new building broke ground on the Douglass Park site last November; Douglass Park currently features 122 apartments and 33 condominiums in addition to 7,000 square feet of retail.
