Concrete Topping Out Celebrated at Apartment Community Along Tampa Bay
The concrete topping out was celebrated at Westshore Apartments in Tampa. Developer MAA is building the new apartment community along Tampa Bay in south Tampa’s Westshore Marina district. Westshore Apartments will offer 495 apartment units in south Tampa. The community will include three apartment buildings and a clubhouse on an 18.57-acre site. The five-story apartment buildings will be built on top of parking garages. Amenities include a pool, resident lounge and fitness center.
