Construction Progressing at Fort Myers Mixed-Use Development
Construction has progressed at Montage at Midtown, a new mixed-use project in Midtown Fort Myers, Florida, the slabs are down and the exterior walls have started going up. The development will offer 321 Class A apartments and 50,000 square feet of Class A office space. Montage at Midtown, will be built in phases. Phase 1 will be a four-story apartment building, a five-story, 17,000 square foot amenity center and a 585-space parking garage. Completion is expected in December 2025.
