Construction Progressing at Ranch Hill in San Antonio, Florida

Construction is showing progress at Ranch Hill, a new multifamily community under construction in San Antonio, Florida. The framing has begun on the clubhouse and four apartment buildings and the slabs have been poured for six other apartment buildings. The community will offer 315 living units. The one-, two- and three-bedroom units will be contained in three-story buildings. Ranch Hill is the only development in the submarket utilizing Big House architecture, a trademarked design developed by architect Humphries & Partners that evokes the look and feel of a townhouse product, including integrated garages, while providing increased efficiency versus a side-by-side layout. Community amenities include resort-style pool, clubhouse, indoor and outdoor fitness center, grilling stations, outdoor kitchens, lawn games area, dog spa and park, and car washing station. The community is located just west of I-75 and south of State Road 52 approximately 25 miles north of Tampa.
