Dedham Development Site Acquired for $3M
S|T|O|R|E Capital, one of the largest and fastest-growing net-lease REITs in the U.S. has acquired the property at 780 Washington Street in Dedham for $3,000,000. The firm then leased back the property to The Gardner School which is planning a new building on the site. Plans for the development call for a 16,000-square-foot childcare facility with a 5,000-square-foot playground. The building will feature space for 195 children and 33 staff.
