Designs Released for Fenway Air Rights Phase 2 Development
IQHQ has released designs for the second phase of development at Fenway Center. $600 million, 1.1-million-square-foot mixed-use air rights development project in Kenmore Square that will consist of five new buildings, including a 27-story tower, above the Massachusetts Turnpike and on existing surface parking lots.
Phase 2 of Fenway Center, buildings 3 & 4 will include 720,000 square feet of office/R&D/lab and life science. The project also includes 233,000 SF shared-use fully automated garage located on the podium over the air-rights deck and hidden between the retail/office/lab.
