Downtown DC Office Trades for $305M
Artemis Real Estate Partners has acquired Metropolitan Square in Downtown DC for $305,000,000. The 650,000-square-office-foot property encompasses three-quarters of a city block overlooking The White House, the U.S. Treasury Department, and the National Mall. The property, originally constructed in the 1980s, was renovated in 2020 including new amenity spaces and lobby finishes.
