Framing Progressing for La Plata Multifamily
Construction is moving forward at Rosewick Apartments in La Plata, MD with the team working on framing the second floor of Building A. In Building B, Harkins is working on roofing, window installation, and MEP rough-ins. When finished, Rosewick Apartments will feature a new 193-unit market rate community spread across two four-story wood frame buildings. The apartments will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. In addition, amenities will consist of a 13,365 sf community space, leasing center, management offices, a two-story clubhouse, fitness center, multiple conference rooms, a kid's playroom, and many others.
