Groundbreaking Held at Condominium Project in Miami Beach
Developers have broken ground on a new condominium project in Miami Beach. The Perigon, the only condominium project currently under construction in Miami Beach, will rise 17 floors and feature 73 condominiums along with 10 guest suites available to owners only. The 2-to-4-bedroom units will range from 2,100 to 6,700 square feet. Community amenities will include a pool, fitness center, spa, private beach club, children’s playroom, an oceanfront restaurant, speakeasy and conservatory with a breakfast bar. Completion is expected in 2026.
