JDS Development Acquires 888 Brickell for $61.23 Million
JDS Development has acquired the office building 888 Brickell in Miami. The developer has plans to replace the office building with 888 Dolce&Gabbana. Formerly known as "Major Brickell", 888 Dolce&Gabbana is a proposed 82-story, 1,049-foot supertall skyscraper at 888 Brickell Avenue. The condo hotel features 250 rooms and suites, six food and beverage outlets, and a signature restaurant on the ground floor, two bars in the expansive Grand Lobby, Pool Club restaurant & bar for day-to-night deckside dining, demo kitchen and private dining.
