Labs in Planning for 3 Former Lord & Taylor Retail Spaces
HBC Properties and Investments has announced the redevelopment of three former Lord & Taylor retail spots in the Boston area. The locations - at the South Shore Plaza in Braintree, Burlington Mall, and Natick Mall - will feature life science lab floorspace. Plans for each location will be filed in their respective municipalities over the summer.
