Lowe Planning Another Alexandria Office to Resi Conversion
Lowe has filed plans to convert a portion of the office building at 4300 King Street to apartments. The upper floors of the 120,000-square-foot building will be converted to roughly 70 apartments. The XSport Fitness Club will remain in its existing location on the ground/lower floors of the building. In 2021, Lowe completed the conversion of two neighboring offices to 435 apartments, now dubbed Park + Ford.
