LSI Companies, Inc., brokered the sale of the iconic Red Coconut RV Park in Fort Myers Beach, FL, for $52,000,000. The property was acquired by Seagate Development Group from TFM of SWFL, Red Coconut RV Park LLP.  The property is located at 211 Donora Blvd, 2943 Estero Blvd, 2932 Estero Blvd. & 3001 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, FL, 33929. The buyer was represented by Justin Thibaut, CCIM, and Alexis North, CCIM, of LSI Companies, Inc., and the seller was represented by Matt Simmons, of Maxwell, Hendry & Simmons, LLC.

Established in 1925, The Red Coconut RV Campground was among the earliest commercial establishments constructed on Fort Myers Beach. The resort was well known for hosting the city’s first religious services, voting precinct, and police station. Being the only RV resort in Florida, it attracted historical trailblazers, including Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, Harvey Firestone, Charles Lindbergh, Alex Carrel, and James Newtown. The campground welcomed visitors from all over the world and left a remarkable legacy on Fort Myers Beach.
