Map Amendment Filed to Rezone Skyland Apartments Property
Enterprise Community Development has filed a Map Amendment to rezone the Skyland Apartments site in Randle Heights. The firm acquired the property constructed in the 1930s in 2022. The property currently features 224 units across 24 two-story garden-style and duplex apartment buildings. Enterprise seeks to rezone the Property from the RA-1 zone and the R-3 zone to the RA-2 zone. The RA-2 zone would allow for various types of urban residential development conforming to the height, density, and area requirements.
