New Renderings Revealed for SunTrust Plaza Redevelopment
Jubilee Housing has revealed new plans for the redevelopment of the SunTrust Plaza in Adams Morgan. This past October, Truist Bank donated the site to the nonprofit. The updated concept calls for a 7-story mixed-use building with 50 residential units and ground-floor retail space. Plans also show a plaza in front of the building for community events.
