Nine Teams Respond to Massport RFQ for D-4 in Seaport
Massport has received nine responses total for their issued request for qualification regarding parcel D-4 in the Seaport. The featured developer teams vetting for the project include The Community Builders and Menkiti Group, Beacon Communities and RISE Construction Management & RISE Together, Trinity Financial and South Boston Neighborhood Development Corporation, Cruz Development Corporation, L&M Development Partners; The Michaels Organization and Boston Partnership for Community Reinvestment, Standard Communities and Cronin Development, WinnCompanies and Catalyst Ventures, and the Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) and DREAM Collaborative.
Parcel D-4 is an approximately 27,000 SF parcel located between Massport’s South Boston Transportation Center (SBWTC) and D Street, of which 3,500 SF of air rights is available over Massport property.
