Permits Pulled for 23K Office Fit Out at One Freedom Plaza
Ramco Construction has pulled a permit to begin work on the tenant fitout of 23,650 square feet of space on the 4th and 5th floors at One Freedom Plaza. Work will include demolition and installation of new partitions, ceilings, lighting, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, floors, fixtures, and finishes. The 286,400-square-foot trophy office building features a rooftop terrace, fitness center, and green roof.
