TA Realty has mortgaged the Porter Square Shopping Center in Cambridge through State Farm Life Insurance Company for $131,000,000. The firm acquired the shopping plaza in May 2022 for $112,476,000. The highly desirable urban location on Massachusetts Avenue is home to a strong mix of local, independent, regional, and national retailers, including grocery-anchor Star Market. Other tenants include Michaels, CVS, and HealthWorks.
