Pre-Application Filed for Development on Trinity Cathedral Property in Miami
A pre-application has been filed by The Diocese of Southeast Florida and Key International for a 42-story tower on the Trinity Cathedral property on the border of downtown Miami and the Edgewater neighborhood. The development, which will include enhancing and preserving the cathedral, will offer 462 residential units on top of a garage with 553 parking spaces. The ground floor will include a 4,000-square foot parish hall/grand ballroom along with new office space for the church.
