Related Companies Wins Bid for Convention Center Hotel in West Palm Beach
A panel of Palm Beach county and tourism officials awarded the bid for a new hotel for the Palm Beach County Convention Center to Related Companies. The project now must be approved by the Palm Beach County Commission. The Hilton Signia Hotel in West Palm Beach will offer 404 rooms. The 20-story property will be constructed across the street from the West Palm Beach Convention Center. Under Hilton’s premium Signia brand, the hotel will offer high-end food and beverage options. Once started, construction is expected to take approximately three years.
