Rezoning Requested for Fletcher-Johnson Property
District of Columbia along with developer Gragg Cardona Souadi have filed a map amendment to facilitate the redevelopment of the 15+ acre Fletcher-Johnson site in Marshall Heights. The application seeks to rezone the property to the MU-8B Zone District, which is intended for medium-density mixed-use development allowing for a maximum height of 70 feet and a maximum FAR of 5.0 or 6.0 with inclusionary zoning. The development team aims to provide new, quality housing, including affordable housing, commercial uses, and open green space for recreational and community activities on the site.
