SCLT Acquires Prospect Hill Multifamily for $2M
The Somerville Community Land Trusts has acquired the 6-unit multifamily property at 12 Pleasant Ave in Somerville for $2,421,000. The independent, community-based non-profit organization aims to build community power and stability in Somerville by acquiring residences and land and making them permanently affordable. $2,501,000 in financing for the acquisition was provided by the Somerville Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
