Site Work Underway for Newton Mixed-Use Development
Demo is complete and site work is underway for the Dunstan East development along Washington St. Dunstan St, & Kempton Place in Netwon. NJ-based Garden Homes acquired the site from Mark Development for $48,000,000 early this year. The mixed-use project is set to include 292 residential units (of which 73 are affordable) with 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and significant public amenities.
