Watertown Church Acquired for $3.3M
Eaglebrook Capital has acquired 134 Templeton Parkway at the intersection of Watertown, Belmont, and Cambridge for $3,300,000. The 30,000-square-foot site is the home of the former Belmont Baptist Church, a roughly 6,500-square-foot building. Earlier this year, Eaglebrook requested a zoning change for the site that was ultimately denied by the Watertown Zoning Board. These preliminary plans included five townhouses near Belmont Street, along with the rehabilitation of the church to include a preschool.
