Interior finishing is ongoing for the first set of units at Velo JP (formerly known as The Residences at Forest Hills). The three-building project will include 250 apartments and 4,070 square feet of ground-floor retail. Residents will have access to an array of amenities including an outdoor courtyard with yoga and exercise space and personal garden plots along with a clubhouse to feature community lounge space and fitness center. First residents are expected to move in sometime in early 2020.

Interior finishing, including work on the building's own bowling alley, is progressing for Tempo at Alewife Station. The two-building project which features 320 apartments replaces Lanes & Games, just steps from Alewife Station. Along with the bowling alley, residents will have access to a fitness center, yoga studio, community room, and pool. Tempo expects to welcome residents in mid to late December.

RE150 Refinanced for $74.25 Million
Criterion Development Partners have refinanced their property in Medford known as RE150 for $74.25 million via Northwestern Mutual.
RE150 is located across from 100 Rivers Edge Drive, the first residential building at Rivers Edge, which features 222 apartments and was completed in 2009. RE150 is located a short distance from the Wellington MBTA Orange Line station and Interstate 93, minutes from Downtown Boston and Cambridge. Apartments and retail space at RE150 are now available for lease.

Developer acquires site of approved 250-unit Forest Hills apartment development for $11.75 million
Criterion Development Partners has acquired the 2.2-acre site of its' approved 250-unit Residences at Forest Hills development, located across from Forest Hills Station, for $11.75 million. Criterion received approval from the City of Boston’s Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) to construct the $101 million, 235,000-square-foot project last summer. The project site is currently used as a surface commuter parking lot. The Residences at Forest Hills will also include 4,070 square feet of ground-floor retail and will be composed of three new buildings.
