The project at 3371-3375 Washington Street & 197-201 Green Street has been approved by the BPDA.
Approved two-building, 63,875 square foot mixed-use development featuring approximately 58 apartment residences, 1,730 square feet of retail and 33 resident parking spaces. A total of 2 studio, 25 one-bedroom, 16 two-bedroom, and 15 three-bedroom residences will be constructed.
The first building, approximately 31,660 square feet in size and located at 3371-3375 Washington Street, will accommodate 33 residences, 850 square feet of retail and 20 interior parking spaces.
The second building, approximately 32,125 square feet in size and located at 197-201 Green Street, will accommodate 25 residences, 880 square feet of retail and 13 interior parking spaces.
