As the scope and sophistication of commercial management services evolved, so did the company. FINMARC expanded their services to other asset classes, which now include an impressive portfolio of over 6,000,000 square feet of retail, flex, industrial, warehouse and office properties throughout the greater Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.
