The upcoming 600-foot tower will feature 1 million square feet of office space along with 11,000 square feet of retail. Planned amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, secure bike room, conference centers, and rooftop.

Permit Pulled for Additional Demo at Gov. Center Garage
A permit has been pulled for the removal of the roof and tenth and eleventh-floor office space at the Government Center Garage. Elsewhere on the development site, foundation construction is progressing for One Congress. One Congress will offer 1 million square feet of office space of which State Street will occupy over half. The 600-foot tall tower will offer amenities including a fitness center, bike room, conference centers, and rooftop terrace. One Congress is expected to be open in 2023.

Final Touches Underway for The Sudbury: Leasing Kicks off This Summer
With leasing to kick off this summer, finishing touches are underway for The Sudbury. The 45-story tower is the first building within the nearly 3 million square foot Bulfinch Crossing development. The Sudbury will offer luxurious homes for both renters and buyers with 368 apartments & 55 condos. The condos will range in size from 1738 to 2766 square feet, with just 5 homes per floor. A series of permits valued at over $3.2M for electrical and fire alarm install have been pulled for the two-building project at 1550 Soldiers Field Road. The project will feature a total of 249 residential units. The larger building at 1550 Soldiers Field Road will include 211 apartments while a smaller building at 21 Soldiers Field Place will feature 38 affordable condos. A total of 175 parking spaces would be provided on-site, including a parking garage underneath the apartment building containing 148 spaces and a screened ground-floor garage within the condominium building containing 27 spaces.
