A series of permits valued at over $3.2M for electrical and fire alarm install have been pulled for the two-building project at 1550 Soldiers Field Road. The project will feature a total of 249 residential units. The larger building at 1550 Soldiers Field Road will include 211 apartments while a smaller building at 21 Soldiers Field Place will feature 38 affordable condos. A total of 175 parking spaces would be provided on-site, including a parking garage underneath the apartment building containing 148 spaces and a screened ground-floor garage within the condominium building containing 27 spaces.

Bulfinch Crossing Secures $570 Million in Construction Financing
The Bulfinch Crossing development has secured $570 million in construction financing via Wells Fargo.
Bulfinch Crossing is a 2.9-million-square-foot multi-phased development project that will replace the existing above-grade concrete Government Center Garage with six mixed-use buildings, a pedestrian-friendly streetscape and a public plaza on two appropriately-scaled urban blocks spread across approximately 4.8 acres. The demolition of a major portion of the garage over Congress Street will allow for daylight to shine on Congress Street for the first time in more than 40 years.
